With customized 30, 45, 60, 90, and 120- minute sessions, we provide hands-on care designed to enhance muscle recovery, prevent injuries, and maximize your mobility.

Hello I’m Jania, the proud owner and passionate massage therapist behind Active Life Mobility Massage. With a deep rooted commitment to wellness, I bring a unique blend of motivation, hard work, and dedication to the massage table. My journey is not only shaped by personal expertise but also by personal love for sports- having been an active participant in various athletic pursuits.
As someone who understands the demands sports can place on the body, my approach is rooted in the fusion of my sports background and extensive training in massage therapy. I believe in the transformative power of massage to enhance physical performance, prevent injuries, and promote overall well-being. Each session is a testament to my commitment to your health journey.
